Now am been told that to have access to this bouquet now I would have to pay 5400, which is simply just f**king outrageous only because 4 football channels were added to the new plan, and if I were to pay 3600, it would only air for 25 days. I have to say am really displeased with the way startimes keep updating and upgrading their bouquet, I was on the 1800 bouquet, then I was upgraded the the 3600 bouquet all because some audio channels that I never asked for or needed were added and it was required so I had 2 get access on thr Indian bouquet that I originally signed up for. Your swith response will be highly appreciated. I believed many out there too are displeased with your customer service.Finally, I was given back my decoder without fixing it and no reason for that. But to my surprise when I got there for the collection of my decoder I was told that to come back a week again making it three weeks and I ask the reason why,and I was told that the engineer is yet to attend to my issue.ДЄ week passed and I went yesterday hoping to hear good news but to my surprise the opposite was the issue.For one month have been deprived from watching TV.Have been your customer for years and I decided not to patronize any other cabel station despite friends telling me how poor your customer service,which have experienced. My decoder was faulty and I took it to your branch at MM Way Kano State to lodged my complain of my faulty decoder and I was told to drop it for repairs.And I was told to come back after two weekвЂ™s, which I patiently waited for the two weeks.
